Though the error was corrected by the ECC memory, to prevent any unforeseen circumstances, we will be replacing the memory modules to ensure stability in the long run. Earlier on 24th Oct, we noticed a ncftp service that failed while the weekly backup service is running. We restarted the backup and at around 10.40PM on 24th, we noticed kernel panic occured. Server was rebooted. At 4.09AM on 25th October, the same kernel panic occured due to the ncftp happens again. Server was rebooted again. This is only affecting xen-id1 node

As of today, we are noticing some irregularities on one of the Indonesia VPS node. We are checking with the principal vendor and requesting their investigation. We noticed that there is a sudden surge of CPU usage without any clear sign of the cause, and the server becomes stall. A reboot will bring the server up, and no data loss is expected.
